Appadd India (P) Ltd. provides custom website design, web engineering, SEO, digital marketing, and software development services. Because our services involve tailored human resources, strategy allocation, and bespoke code generation, refunds are governed by agreed project milestone contracts.
1. Milestone-Based Service Scope
Project payments are broken down into milestone deliverables (e.g. Discovery & Wireframes, UI Design Approval, Beta Development, Launch). Once a milestone review is approved by the client, funds allocated to that milestone become non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Terms
Clients may request project cancellation prior to milestone commencement by submitting written notice. Any unworked balance will be returned within 14 business days.
